Why you haven't recieved any alerts!

Alerts are one of the most important things on Footy Amigo.

However, Footy Amigo can only send alerts when it finds matches that meet the criteria and rules set in your strategy.

So, if you have not recieved an alert, it's either because of one of these things:

Reason #1. You have NOT downloaded our app.

All alerts for your strategies are sent ONLY via the official Footy Amigo app.

To recieve your alerts, you MUST download, install and verify your phone number on the app.

Once you do so, your app will be connected to your footy amigo account and you should start recieving alerts once matches that meets your rules are found!

Reason #2. You have NOT created strategies in your account.

Before you can recieve alerts from Footy Amigo, you MUST have created strategies in your account.

You can create InPlay or PreMatch strategies or both in your account. Without creating a strategy, Footy Amigo does not know what to send you.

Remember that Footy Amigo is your personal bot and friend (amigo), so if you do not tell it what to do, it won't do anything.

So, be sure to create strategies in your account and ensure they are active (turned on)

Reason #3. No matches that meets your strategy has been found.

This is the most common reason. 

Footy Amigo can only send you alert when it finds matches that fits and meets the rules and conditions you've set in your strategies.

If you have not received any alerts, it must mean that no fixture that meets your rules has been found yet.

Let's assume you create an InPlay strategy and you say "send me an alert when there's a match where at the 10th minute, there are 5 goals"... Footy Amigo can only send you an alert when it finds a live match that has 5 goals in the 10th minute.

The above is an extreme example, but you get the point.

Footy Amigo can only send you an alert WHEN it finds matches that meets your rules and conditions you've set in your prematch or inplay strategies.

So, as much as you can create powerful and smart strategies, do not make them too strict because the stricter yoyr strategy is, the less matches it will find.

So, if you've installed our app, verified your number and created strategies but haven't recieved an alert, it means that matches that fits your rules and strategy has not yet been found.

In the meantime, you can import some preset strategies into your account.
