My Pro subscription hasn't been activated after payment!

When you make payment for a Pro account on Footy Amigo, the process is usually automatic regardless of the payment method you choose to use.
However, sometimes the payment processor might not instantly inform our backend of your purchase and this might cause a delay in your account being upgraded to pro.
In this case, please just wait for 5-10 mins and try refresh your browser and you should be assigned a Pro account.
If this doesn't work, please use the live chat to speak to an amigo and we will be there to help you get it resolved asap!
PS: If you paid for a 1year subscription, you need to send us an email to [email protected] so that we can manually upgrade your account to a 1 year Pro account.
